Every paid Pallyy plan, whether that's Starter, Pro, Agency, or Scale, starts with a 14 day free trial. Want to try Pallyy before paying for it? You can.

The best part? You don't need a credit card to start. Since there's no card on file, there's no way you can be charged automatically. No surprise invoices, no "oops, I forgot to cancel" moments. You just try Pallyy, and if it's a fit, you pick a plan when you're ready.

## How the trial works

A Pallyy trial gives you full access to the features of the plan you're trialling for 14 days. Schedule posts, explore [analytics](/help/understanding-your-analytics), invite your team if your plan includes them, and see how everything fits into your workflow.

When you're ready to upgrade, or if you want to switch plans, head to **[Settings > Subscription](https://app.pallyy.com/settings/subscription)** in your Pallyy dashboard. That's also where you'll [manage your billing](/help/manage-your-billing) once you're on a paid plan. You can see what each plan costs on our [pricing](/pricing) page.

## Pallyy Free is a separate thing

[Pallyy Free](/help/pallyy-free) is a separate plan alongside the paid ones. It's not a trial, and it never expires. It's a lighter version of Pallyy with lower limits, built for trying things out with light usage. If you're not ready for a paid plan after your trial, Pallyy Free is always there.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a credit card to start a trial?

No. You can start your 14 day Pallyy trial without entering any payment details. You'll only add a card when you decide to continue on a paid plan.

### What happens when my trial ends?

When your Pallyy trial ends, nothing scary happens: since there's no card on file, you won't be charged a cent. If you'd like to keep using your paid features, just pick a plan from **[Settings > Subscription](https://app.pallyy.com/settings/subscription)**. If not, that's fine too.

### Can I trial a different plan?

Yes. If you started on one plan but you're curious about another, get in touch with us at hey@pallyy.com and we'll help you out.

### What's the difference between the free trial and Pallyy Free?

The Pallyy free trial gives you 14 days of a paid plan's features so you can test everything before buying. Pallyy Free is a permanent plan with no time limit, but with lighter limits, like 1 social set and 15 scheduled posts per month. Trial ended and still deciding? Pallyy Free keeps you posting in the meantime.
