Pallyy adds Instagram collaborators to your scheduled posts, up to 5 per post. When the post goes live, each collaborator gets Instagram's standard collab invite, and once they accept, the post appears on both profiles.

## Add collaborators to a post

Collaborators are added from the Instagram card in the [post composer](/help/post-composer):

1. Open the post options on the Instagram card in the composer.
2. Click **Collaborators**.
3. Type the full Instagram username and select the account.

You can add up to 5 collaborators on a single post.

Collaborators need your Instagram account connected with Login with Facebook (a business or creator profile linked to a Facebook page). If your account was added with Login with Instagram, reconnect it with Login with Facebook from **[Settings > Social Sets](https://app.pallyy.com/settings/socials)**. ## Type the full username

Pallyy needs the full Instagram username to find a collaborator: partial names won't find them. If the account you're after isn't showing up, check you've typed the complete username exactly as it appears on their Instagram profile, then select the account from the results.

## What collaborators see

Collaborators get Instagram's standard collab invite when the post publishes. Nothing appears on their profile until they accept: once they do, the post appears on both profiles, with both usernames on it, just like a collab created in the Instagram app.

### How many collaborators can I add?

Up to 5 per post. Pallyy lets you add up to 5 Instagram collaborators on each scheduled post.

### Why can't I find the account I want to add?

Usually because the username is incomplete. Pallyy only finds collaborators by their full Instagram username, so partial names won't return the account.

### Why is the Collaborators option not working for my account?

Most likely your account was connected with Login with Instagram. Collaborators require a Login with Facebook connection, so reconnect from **[Settings > Social Sets](https://app.pallyy.com/settings/socials)** and choose Login with Facebook.
