Pallyy's [inbox](/features/inbox) brings comments, direct messages, mentions, and reviews from your connected accounts into one place, so you can reply without hopping between apps. Here's what the inbox covers and how to work through it, alone or as a team.

## Which platforms the inbox supports

The inbox covers five platforms, each sending its own mix of conversation types:

| Platform | What arrives in the inbox |
| --- | --- |
| Instagram | Comments, DMs, mentions, Story replies |
| Facebook | Page comments, Messenger messages, mentions, page reviews |
| LinkedIn | Page comments |
| TikTok | Comments |
| Google Business Profile | Customer reviews |

Pinterest, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and Bluesky are publishing-only platforms in Pallyy and don't feed the inbox. X inbox support is blocked by X API limits on third-party tools.

## Replying to comments and messages

Everything in the inbox can be answered right from Pallyy:

- Reply to comments on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok posts.
- Answer Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger messages.
- Respond to Instagram Story replies and mentions.
- Reply to Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews. For local businesses this one matters, since review response time is visible to customers.

Replies go out through each platform's official API, so they look exactly like you replied natively.

## Working through the inbox as a team

The inbox is shared, so everyone with access to a social set sees the same conversations. On Agency and Scale plans, which include 3 and 10 team users respectively, a teammate can pick up where another left off without asking what's already been answered.

Pallyy's [collaboration](/features/collaboration) features extend this: teams work in shared workspaces, so client conversations and client publishing live in the same place.

For agencies, the inbox is organized per social set. Each client's comments, messages, and reviews stay grouped with that client's accounts, so nothing from one brand mixes into another.

## Which plans include the inbox

The inbox is available on Pro, Agency, and Scale. Free and Starter don't include it. On Starter and want to manage conversations from Pallyy? Upgrading to Pro adds the inbox along with [queue scheduling](/help/queue-scheduling), [approvals](/help/approvals), and [AI captions](/help/ai-captions). The full plan comparison is on the [pricing](/pricing) page.

Paid plans include a 14 day [free trial](/help/free-trials), so you can test the inbox with your real accounts before paying.
