Pallyy publishes Pins at the scheduled time through the official [Pinterest integration](/integrations/pinterest), straight to the board you choose. Pinterest is built for planning ahead, which makes it a natural fit for scheduling. Here's how it works.

## What you can publish

Pallyy schedules Pins, and every one auto-publishes through the official Pinterest API at the scheduled time. No reminder notifications, no manual steps. For each Pin you pick a destination board, so a batch of scheduled Pins can land across different boards without any sorting afterwards.

Any Pinterest account can connect. There's no business account requirement or account type to switch to first, which makes Pinterest one of the quickest platforms to get started with. Just connect and start scheduling from the [calendar](/features/calendar).

## Write Pins that get found

Pallyy lets you write a title, a description, and [alt text](/help/alt-text) for every scheduled Pin. Pinterest works a lot like a search engine, so what you write on each Pin matters:

- **Pin titles and descriptions**: write search-friendly copy for every Pin before it publishes.
- **Alt text**: add alt text to every scheduled Pin, good for accessibility and for helping Pinterest understand your content.

A little time on titles and descriptions now keeps your Pins surfacing in search for months.

## Get sign-off before publishing

[Post approvals](/help/approvals) let a client or teammate review scheduled Pins before they go live. Handy for agencies where the client wants a look at the month's Pins before anything publishes.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I need a Pinterest business account?

No. Pallyy connects any Pinterest account, so there's nothing to switch or upgrade before you connect.

### Do Pins really auto-publish?

Yes. Every scheduled Pin publishes automatically through the official Pinterest API at the scheduled time, straight to the board you picked. There's nothing to confirm manually.

### Does Pallyy include Pinterest analytics?

Not currently. Pallyy's [analytics](/help/understanding-your-analytics) covers Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. For Pinterest you get scheduling with board selection, titles and descriptions, alt text, and post approvals.
