The Instagram app keeps its own list, Meta Business Suite keeps a separate one, and a scheduler like Pallyy shows its posts on your calendar. None of them show each other's queues, which is why a post you know you scheduled can look like it's gone. This guide covers all three places, in order of where people lose posts most. ## How to see scheduled posts in the Instagram app The Instagram app lists every post and Reel you scheduled in it under Scheduled content, tucked into the profile menu. 1. Open your profile tab and tap the menu button (three lines) in the top right. 2. Below **Your insights and tools**, tap **Scheduled content**. 3. Your scheduled posts and Reels appear with their publish dates and times. 4. Tap the options button on any of them to **Edit**, **Reschedule**, **Share now**, or **Delete**. There's a shortcut from the composer too: tap the create button, choose **Post** or **Reel**, then tap **Scheduled** to open the same list. On a desktop browser, instagram.com keeps **Scheduled content** under the **More** menu in the left sidebar. ::help-callout{type="note"} Instagram's in-app scheduling needs a public account, and it caps you at 25 scheduled posts a day, no more than 30 days ahead. Product tags, collaborative posts, and sponsored posts can't be scheduled in the app at all. :: ## How to see scheduled posts in Meta Business Suite Meta Business Suite shows the posts you scheduled through it in the Planner, a calendar covering your Facebook Page and Instagram account together. 1. Log into Meta Business Suite and check you're in the right business portfolio. 2. Click **Planner** in the left menu. Some layouts tuck it under **Content**. 3. Every scheduled post sits on its date. Filter to Instagram if Facebook posts are crowding the view. 4. Click any scheduled post to edit it, reschedule it, or delete it before it publishes. Business Suite schedules up to 75 days ahead, well past the app's 30, but it only works with a professional Instagram account that's connected to your business portfolio. ## Why a scheduled post seems to be missing The most common reason a scheduled post looks lost is that you're checking a different tool than the one you scheduled it with.
