White labeling means your clients see your brand, not your software vendor's, at every touchpoint. In Pallyy the client-facing surfaces can all carry your brand: review calendars served from your own domain, bio link pages without Pallyy branding, and reports delivered as clean PDFs. This guide sets each one up and is honest about where the white label ends.

## How to white label your client workflow

Three setups cover every surface a client actually sees.

### 1. Serve review calendars from your own domain

The [shared calendar](/help/share-a-calendar-with-clients) your clients review posts on can live at a domain you own, like socials.youragency.com, instead of a Pallyy subdomain. Set it up once at **[Settings > Custom domain](https://app.pallyy.com/settings/custom-domain)**, and every client review link you send afterward looks and feels like it belongs to you, because it does.

### 2. Remove the branding from bio links

Client [link in bio](/help/link-in-bio) pages can drop the Pallyy branding, which is included from the Starter plan up. The page the client's audience taps through carries only the client's identity, and you manage it from the same dashboard as their posts.

### 3. Deliver reports as PDFs under your name

[Custom reports](/help/client-social-media-reports) export as PDFs with the numbers your client cares about, and clients open them like any file, with no login and no software branding wrapped around them. Pair the PDF with your own cover page or monthly email and the reporting experience is entirely yours.

## Where the white label ends

Honesty about the limits saves awkward client questions later. The Pallyy dashboard itself is not white labeled, so teammates working inside the app see Pallyy branding; white labeling covers the client-facing surfaces, which is what matters when clients never need logins in the first place. Since clients review from links and read PDFs, most agencies find their clients never see the word Pallyy at all.

## What clients see, surface by surface

The full client experience, brand by brand:

- **Review calendar**: your domain, your client's content, no vendor branding on the link
- **Bio link page**: the client's brand only, from Starter up
- **Monthly report**: a PDF you deliver however you deliver documents
- **Approvals and comments**: happen on the calendar link above, so the same domain applies
- **The Pallyy app**: your team only; clients never need to open it

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Pallyy a white label social media tool?

The client-facing surfaces are white labeled: shared review calendars can run on your own domain, bio link pages drop Pallyy branding from Starter up, and reports export as clean PDFs. The dashboard your own team works in is not white labeled, but clients never need to open it.

### Which plans include the custom domain?

Custom domains for shared calendar links are included on every plan with the shared calendar, which is Pro, Agency, and Scale. Bio link branding removal starts on Starter.

### Can clients tell the review calendar runs on Pallyy?

Not from the link. A calendar served from socials.youragency.com carries your domain and shows the content you've scheduled, and clients review and approve right there without an account or login.

### Can I white label reports with my agency logo?

Reports export as PDFs of the metrics you selected, and the standard move is delivering them with your own branded cover page or inside your monthly email. There's no vendor branding to strip from the file your client reads.
