Pallyy schedules X (Twitter) posts and publishes them automatically through the [X (Twitter) integration](/integrations/twitter). X moves fast, which is exactly why scheduling helps: plan your posts ahead of time and you're present on the timeline without living on it. Here's what's included.

## What you can publish

Pallyy schedules X posts with media attached, all auto-published at the scheduled time through the official X API. No reminder notifications, no posting from your phone:

- Text posts
- Posts with images
- Posts with videos
- Carousels

Any X account can connect, premium or not. No business account requirement, no verification hoops. Connect the account you already have and start scheduling.

## Character limits and long-form posts

How long your posts can be depends on your X account, not on Pallyy. Premium accounts can publish long-form posts up to 25,000 characters, while standard accounts are limited to 280 characters by X. Pallyy respects whichever limit applies to your connected account.

## Alt text and mentions

Pallyy supports [alt text](/help/alt-text) on images, so your posts stay accessible, and you can mention other accounts right in your scheduled posts. Both work exactly as they do when posting natively.

## Approvals before publishing

[Post approvals](/help/approvals) let a client or teammate review each post before it goes live. Nothing publishes until it's been signed off, which is reassuring on a platform where deleting rarely beats not posting.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do X posts auto-publish?

Yes. Every scheduled post publishes automatically through the official X API at the time you choose. There's nothing to confirm manually.

### Why doesn't Pallyy have X analytics or an inbox?

X's API limits what third-party tools can access, so there's no X [analytics](/help/understanding-your-analytics) or [inbox](/help/manage-comments-and-messages) in Pallyy currently. Pallyy's analytics covers Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

### Can I post more than 280 characters?

Only if your X account is premium. Premium accounts support long-form posts up to 25,000 characters, while standard accounts are capped at 280 characters by X itself.
