Oh Brother is a London-based creative production company run by two brothers, Tarik and Hax. Specialising in documentary-style photography and video production, they help brands, businesses and agencies tell authentic stories through photo and film.
Their work is heavily influenced by a background in street photography, which gives it a natural, human feel. From corporate films and brand storytelling to commercial photography, the focus is always on work that feels genuine, engaging and visually distinctive.

We caught up with Tarik and Hax to learn how Pallyy helped turn social media from an afterthought into part of their production workflow.
A shop window for authentic stories
As a visual business, platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn are where Oh Brother shares recent projects, behind-the-scenes moments and personal work that reflects their style and approach.
As the brothers put it, social platforms "play a big part in validating a business and showcasing current activities", so maintaining an online presence is well worth the effort. It also keeps them connected with existing clients and helps build relationships with new ones.
Before Pallyy: posting in the gaps between projects
Like many small creative teams, client work always came first, so social media often slipped down the priority list.
“Before Pallyy, our social media posts were very inconsistent. We'd wait for a gap between projects to put together a post or two.”
Scheduling wasn't part of the workflow, and the tools they tried didn't help. Some platforms were far too expensive for a small team, while others were so clunky they made posting even more tedious.
Beyond consistency, they also wanted a better way to visually organise creative assets and plan content that flows well on the grid, rather than scrambling for something to post at the last minute.

A platform built around the way creative teams work
Eventually, Tarik and Hax reached a point where they knew they were producing enough good content but weren't showcasing it consistently. They wanted a platform that was simple, visual and built around the way creative teams actually work.
“Pallyy stood out because it felt intuitive from day one. The visual planning tools, scheduling features and asset management made it easy to see our content strategy at a glance without adding unnecessary complexity.”
From client shoot to scheduled content
Today, social media is wired directly into how projects wrap up. When a shoot is complete, the brothers shortlist images and video clips and upload them straight into Pallyy.
From there, they use the planner to map out upcoming posts, keeping a good mix of photography, video work, client projects and behind-the-scenes content. Captions and hashtags are prepared in advance, and posts are scheduled ahead of time so content keeps going out even when they're busy on shoots or deep in an edit.
“It means social media has become part of our production workflow rather than an afterthought.”

Seeing the whole strategy at a glance
Asked which feature has had the biggest impact on their workflow, the answer was immediate: the visual planner.
“As photographers and filmmakers, we're naturally visual thinkers, so being able to see our content calendar laid out visually makes planning much easier.”
Laying everything out on Pallyy's social media calendar helps them maintain a consistent aesthetic, avoid repeating similar content, and keep a healthy balance between different types of work.
More value from work they've already done
The biggest change since switching to Pallyy has been consistency. The brothers are planning further ahead, posting more regularly, and making better use of the content they already create for clients.
They've also found themselves showcasing a wider range of work, because no one is constantly focused on what's going out tomorrow.
“Rather than manually posting content throughout the week, we can batch our planning and scheduling, freeing up more time for creative work.”
That batching has improved consistency across channels and given Oh Brother confidence that its portfolio is being showcased regularly, even during the busiest production periods.

Advice for other creative teams
When asked what they'd say to another creative team considering Pallyy, Tarik and Hax didn't hesitate.
“If you're a creative business that's good at producing content but struggles to consistently share it, Pallyy is a fantastic solution. It's easy to use, doesn't overcomplicate things, and fits naturally into a creative workflow.”
For photographers, filmmakers, designers and agencies, they say, the visual planning tools make it easy to stay organised and maintain a strong online presence without spending hours managing social media.
