About Pallyy

Pallyy is a social media management platform that schedules, approves, and publishes posts across ten social networks for marketing agencies, freelance social media managers, and multi-location brands.

Pallyy was founded in 2019 by Tim Bennetto and is based in New South Wales, Australia, with no outside funding. Pricing is per brand rather than per channel: one social set holds up to 11 connected accounts, and paid plans start at $25 per month with a 14 day free trial. Supported posts publish automatically through each network’s official API; available formats and features vary by network.

What Pallyy does

Publishing

Pallyy schedules and auto-publishes supported post formats to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X, Threads, and Bluesky through each network's official API. Teams prepare supported posts ahead of time for automatic publishing, with available formats depending on the network and plan. Social media publishing

Content calendar

Every brand gets its own drag and drop calendar with every channel on it, plus a queue that fills preset posting slots on paid plans. A team sees a month of content per brand at a glance and moves posts without rebuilding them. Social media calendar

Client approvals

On paid plans, clients preview, comment on, and approve or reject scheduled posts from a shared link, with no Pallyy account needed. Approved posts publish automatically at their scheduled times, and rejected ones never go out. Content approvals

Analytics and reports

Pallyy tracks analytics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with available metrics varying by network and five years of history on paid plans; custom PDF reports are included on Agency and Scale. Agencies send a monthly report built from the client's own data instead of assembling screenshots. Social media analytics

Social inbox

Pallyy combines supported conversations in one inbox on paid plans: Instagram and Facebook messages and comments, LinkedIn and TikTok comments, and Google Business Profile reviews. Teams reply from Pallyy instead of switching between the native apps for each account. Social inbox

Each brand on a paid plan gets a hosted link in bio page without Pallyy branding on it. Every social profile points to one page the brand controls and updates without a developer. Link in bio pages

What makes Pallyy different

Priced per brand, not per channel

One Pallyy social set holds up to 11 accounts for a single brand and costs $25 USD per month on Pro with monthly billing. Buffer prices its paid plans per connected channel, so the number of networks a brand uses affects the comparison.

Client approvals on every paid plan

Pallyy includes shared approval links on Pro, Agency, and Scale, and client reviewers do not need a Pallyy account or a paid team seat. Buffer includes content approval workflows on its Team plan.

An Agency plan sized for ten clients

The $99 USD Agency plan on monthly billing includes 10 social sets, 3 team seats, custom reports, and shared social sets, covering up to 110 connected accounts. Additional social sets and team seats are $10 USD each per month on this plan.

Bootstrapped and founder-led since 2019

Pallyy has taken no outside funding, and founder Tim Bennetto still builds the product. Support emails to hey@pallyy.com are answered by a person, and the public changelog documents product updates.

A public API and MCP server

Every paid plan includes REST API access for scheduling posts and importing media, and the Pallyy MCP server lets supported AI assistants draft or schedule posts on every plan, free included, subject to the permissions granted and the plan’s limits.

The team behind Pallyy

Tim Bennetto, founder of Pallyy

Tim Bennetto, founder and developer

Tim Bennetto founded Pallyy in 2019 after ten years working as a locksmith. He paid a developer to build an Instagram app, found out how expensive outsourcing was, and taught himself to code in the evenings over six months. The first version was a 30 day project called Share My Insights that let Instagram accounts share their analytics with other people.

Customer feedback shifted the product toward an analytics dashboard and then toward scheduling, and it was renamed Pallyy as it grew into a full social media management platform. Tim ran the company alone for its first four years, then hired a senior developer and a marketing manager in 2024, so Pallyy is a team of three.

Pallyy Pty Ltd is founder-led, bootstrapped, and based in New South Wales, Australia, serving customers worldwide. Tim still builds the product, support emails are answered by a person, and product updates are listed on the changelog.

How Pallyy works

Pallyy is a web app at app.pallyy.com with nothing to install. It connects to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X, Threads, and Bluesky through their official APIs, and a brand goes from connected to published in six steps.

  1. Create a social set per brand. Each client or location becomes a social set holding up to 11 connected accounts, with its own calendar, inbox, and analytics.
  2. Compose once, tailor per network. Write the post, then adjust captions and supported media options, such as crops, first comments, tags, and alt text, for each network before scheduling.
  3. Schedule on the calendar or queue. Drop the post on a date and time, or add it to the queue and let it take the next preset slot.
  4. Share the approval link. Send the client a link where they preview, comment on, and approve each post. Reviewers need no Pallyy account.
  5. Pallyy publishes automatically. Approved posts go out through each network's official API at the scheduled time.
  6. Reply and report. On paid plans, answer supported conversations from the inbox; on Agency and Scale, export a PDF report for the brand at month end.
  • Getting started: sign up for the free plan with no card, or start a 14 day trial of a paid plan with card details. Nothing is charged during the trial; cancel before it ends to avoid a charge.
  • Team access: the Agency plan includes 3 team seats and the Scale plan includes 10. Teammates and freelancers get access to the social sets they work on and nothing else.
  • Support: email hey@pallyy.com and a person replies. The help center covers setup and how-to questions, and live demos are available by booking.
  • Automation: the REST API on paid plans and the MCP server on every plan create posts and import media from your own tools or an AI assistant.
