Pallyy reviews every refund request case by case, and if a charge clearly shouldn't have happened, we make it right. Charged when you didn't mean to be? It happens, and we're not in the business of holding your money hostage. Here's how refunds work at Pallyy.
Our approach
Pallyy refund requests are read and handled by a real person, not an automated policy wall. Each one is reviewed case by case, and if a charge clearly shouldn't have happened, we make it right. In most cases that means refunding your most recent payment.
When refunds usually apply
The most common situations Pallyy refunds:
- Accidental renewals. Your subscription renewed and you didn't mean it to.
- Forgot to cancel. You stopped using Pallyy but the subscription kept going.
- Charged after cancelling. Something went wrong and you were billed anyway.
- Billing mistakes. The wrong card was charged, or the amount doesn't look right.
Cancelling mid-cycle and wondering about the unused time? Get in touch. Pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a billing period are handled case by case.
Annual subscriptions
