How long is the Pallyy free trial?
The trial gives you 14 days of the paid plan you pick, whether that is Pro, Agency, or Scale. That is enough time to onboard a client, run a full approval cycle, and publish a real month of content before deciding.
Which plan should an agency trial?
Agency, for most. It includes 10 client social sets, 3 team seats, custom reports, and shared social sets. A freelancer with one or two clients can trial Pro and add extra sets at $10 each, and Scale is the option past 10 clients or locations, with 30 sets and 10 seats.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. Starting a trial asks for card details at the payment step, but nothing is charged during the 14 days, and cancelling before the trial ends means you never pay. The free plan is the no-card option and never asks for payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your subscription starts and your card is charged for the plan you chose. If Pallyy is not a fit, cancel from Settings before the 14 days are up and your account moves to the free plan with no charge.
Can I invite my team and clients during the trial?
Yes. The Agency trial includes 3 team seats, so teammates can plan and publish with you from day one. Clients never need a seat: they review and approve posts through a shared calendar link without creating an account.
Which social networks can I connect?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, and Bluesky. Each client's accounts sit in their own social set.
Can I trial a different plan afterwards?
The trial is available once per account, so pick the plan you most want to test. If you started on one plan and want to try another, email hey@pallyy.com and we will sort it out.
