What size photo an Instagram grid needs
Instagram shows each tile at 1080 × 1080 pixels, so a full-resolution 3 × 3 grid wants a source image of at least 3240 × 3240 pixels, a 3 × 1 banner needs 3240 × 1080, and a 3 × 4 grid needs 3240 × 4320.
