Pallyy's inbox keeps your conversations organized with views, labels, filters, and bulk actions, so nothing slips through once the messages start piling up. If you're new to the inbox, start with manage comments and messages for what actually lands in it.
Work through views and filters
The inbox sorts conversations into views: All, Unresolved, Assigned, Archived, plus one view for every label you create. Unresolved is your to-do list, and a clear one is the goal.
Within any view you can filter by conversation type, by social accounts, or by labels, and search message text to find that one conversation you half-remember. In inbox settings you can also toggle which connected accounts feed the inbox at all, handy when one account's noise drowns out the rest.
Act on conversations
Every conversation in the Pallyy inbox has a full set of actions: reply, Send and resolve in one click, resolve or unresolve, archive or restore, mark read or unread, assign to a team member, set labels, or delete.
Labels come with a color palette, so you can build a system like red for complaints and green for leads, and each label gets its own view. Assigning works well for teams: route a support question to whoever owns it, then check the Assigned view to see what's with whom.
Clear a backlog with bulk actions
Bulk actions let you clean up a pile of conversations at once: select multiple and assign them, edit labels (adding and removing), mark as read, resolve, archive or restore, or delete. Coming back from a week off gets a lot less painful.
How often each platform syncs
The inbox syncs each platform on its own cadence, so some conversations arrive instantly and others on a schedule:
| Platform | Sync cadence |
|---|---|
| Facebook comments, mentions, DMs | Realtime |
| Instagram comments, mentions, DMs | Realtime |
| LinkedIn comments | Realtime |
| TikTok comments | About every 2 hours |
| Google reviews | About every 2 hours |
Frequently asked questions
Can I stop one account's messages from filling the inbox?
Yes. Pallyy's inbox settings let you toggle which connected accounts feed the inbox, so you can switch off a noisy account without disconnecting it.
What's the difference between resolving and archiving?
Resolving marks a Pallyy inbox conversation as handled, moving it out of Unresolved, and you can unresolve it if it flares up again. Archiving tucks it away into the Archived view, with restore available anytime.
Can I handle lots of conversations at once?
Yes. The inbox supports bulk actions: select multiple conversations and assign, edit labels, mark as read, resolve, archive or restore, or delete them in one go.
