Questions, answered
How many social accounts can one business connect?
A Pallyy social set holds up to 11 social accounts on paid plans, which covers Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, YouTube, X, Threads, and Bluesky for one business. They all publish from the same calendar at one price.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers one account with image publishing and 15 scheduled posts a month, with no card required. The 14 day trial additionally opens every paid feature so you can test the full workflow.
Do scheduled posts publish by themselves?
Yes. Posts publish automatically through each platform's official API at the time you choose, including Instagram Reels, carousels, and Stories. There are no reminder notifications to finish the job from your phone.
Can a teammate help run the account?
The Free, Starter, and Pro plans are single user. When more than one person needs access, the Agency plan includes 3 users and shared social sets, with extra seats at $10 per month.
What happens when we add a second brand or location?
Each brand becomes its own social set with its own calendar, inbox, and analytics. Extra sets are $10 per month on paid plans, and teams managing several client brands usually fit the Agency plan better.
Does using a scheduler hurt reach?
No. Posts published through approved API partners are treated the same as posts published in the app, and the consistency a calendar makes possible is what actually helps reach over time.
